- Personalisation will be printed exactly as entered at the time of order — please check spellings and choices carefully.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable VAT (if charged).
- Orders under £20 incur a £3.95 shipping charge. Orders over £20 are shipped free of charge.
- Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery times vary depending on courier and location. We use Royal Mail and EVRI.
- Once dispatched, tracking can be accessed via our guest tracking page.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty, as per UK consumer law.
- Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
- If we make an error in printing or product quality, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Minor delays or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers.
- Incorrect information submitted during ordering.
- Damage caused by improper washing or care of the items.
