📦 Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. We primarily use Royal Mail and EVRI for shipping.
- Postage Costs:
- Orders over £20 qualify for free postage.
- Orders under £20 are charged at a flat rate of £3.95.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy, but please note:

Personalised Items: As most of our products are made to order and customised, returns are not accepted in line with UK consumer law on personalised goods.

Non-Personalised Items: You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items.

Printing Errors: If we’ve made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong name, colour, or design), we will correct it and resend the item at no cost to you.
