Can I change the design?

Designs usually have elements that mean they can be personalised - ie changing colour, adding names, dates or short messages.  However, if you want to make substantial change to any design, please use our Bespoke products, that way we can send you a proof to ensure you are getting what you want.


Will you personalise my item as I spell it?

Yes, we transfer what you write into the design, so if you write in CAPITALS the wording will apear capitalised.  Please take extra care to ensure that you spell everything correctly and have things in the right order.


Can I create my own designs?

Yes, you can.  Most items have a product where you can create you own bespoke design, by sending through an image or requesting a specific type of design.


Can I change my order after payment? 

Unfortunately we are rarely able to change your order once processed, as the order goes straight into production.  To find out more information please call us on 07935 082 879.


Can you send me a proof?

To get ites sent out as quickly as possible, we do not send proofs, unless it is a bespoke item.  If you would like one please, add this as a message during ordering, so we can send a proof before sending yoour order to production.  Please be aware that this can lengthen the delivery time as we wait for the proof to be agreed, or changes to be made.


Can I get Free Delivery?

Yes, all orders over £20.00 will automatically show  free delivery option.  This is sent out as 2nd class, so if you require faster delivery, please choose the First Class paid for option.


How long until I get my order?

We aim to send out non-personalised items within 5 working days and personalised items within 10 working days, although we often acheive this in half the time.  

2nd class takes 3-5 days and 1st class post takes 1-2 days.


Can I use this coupon code?

If you have a coupon code, please use it when ordering as they cannot be added afterwards.
